Recruitment 

We're a US-Tichondrius PvE guild looking for like minded players to down content quickly and efficiently. We are always on the look out for exceptional players with an extraordinary understanding of their class. Everyone is held to a very high standard during raiding. This is due to our lack of raid time in comparison to other guilds. This means we expect you to be doing your absolute best during raids. This includes pulling top-notch DPS and performing any mechanics you've been assigned to. Along with any other raiding guild out there you should be able to take constructive criticism from other players. During progression we will do what is necessary to down bosses, which may include benching certain classes that are not particularly strong on that certain fight. When you are benched you are still expected to be close by for other fights. 

Expectations Raid Times

Attendance - This is very important to the guild as a whole. We only raid two days a week and we'll need every single person there to make the best of what little time we have. Excessive attendance issues will result in us finding a permanent replacement.

Communication - We'll be using Ventrilo for every single one of our raids. This means that we expect you to be in vent and be capable of communicating with us. If you can't speak fluent english this will be a problem. 

Attitude - Progression is often irritating and you need to accept this. We're a team and we all need to act like one. Having a bad attitude only makes things worse. Contructive criticism is one thing but maliciously attacking another raider is unacceptable.
